About The Role
As COO, you will oversee day-to-day operations, focusing on go-to-market strategies and scaling. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with other executives to drive scalable growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Operational Excellence
- Lead cross-functional operations across sales, marketing, customer success, and post-sales
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and systems for performance tracking and decision-making
- Improve processes and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Strategic Planning
- Partner with the CEO on company-wide strategy and resource planning
- Identify new market opportunities and support expansion efforts
- Represent the company with investors, partners, and stakeholders
- Team Development
- Recruit and develop high-performing leaders
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Travel regularly between North America and Asia to engage with local teams
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in or with companies undergoing Series A–D scale-up phases
- Native proficiency in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership in the SaaS industry, especially in fast-scaling companies
- Strong background in enterprise sales and B2B marketing management
- Ability to run cross-functional operations in high-growth environments
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
- Experience working with global markets and multicultural teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), BI platforms, and SaaS KPIs
