Responsibilities
Lead and guide the Coalition in its next phase of growth for collective action.
Advance the Coalition’s portfolio of farmer-centered projects to demonstrate the financial viability and climate impact of smallholder regenerative farming solutions.
Engage and collaborate with Coalition members to set organizational strategy and come up with collective activities that support our common aspiration.
Grow the scale and impact of the Coalition by identifying and bringing on new, aligned, high-impact organizations to enrich our collaboration.
Serve as the Coalition’s primary external ambassador, cultivating relationships that bring funding and high-quality resources that spread CASH’s mission.
Work closely with the Board and a global team to support the Coalition’s efforts, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Ensure the existing culture of trust building, peer leadership, innovation, and collaboration is reflected in the Coalition’s evolving work and governance.
Educational Requirements : A graduate degree in Business, Agriculture, Public Policy, International Development, or Environmental / Climate Sciences.
Location : This is a full-time position and is fully remote. We will consider applicants from any location.
