The CIO is expected to provide leadership for the IT sector and will have global oversight for all IT issues.

Required Qualifications Include:

1. 10+ years of information management experience with emphasis on global IT operations, and direct technical and management expertise in applications development, project management, and client/server distributed environments.
2. Recent experience as a VP/Director within a global corporation.
3. Multi-national management experience.
4. Managed key partners, vendors, and staff to oversee platform selections and technology planning.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

1. Experience with web-based, ASP operating model.
2. Experience in development life cycles.
3. Fluency in major development languages.

Education: An MBA with an undergraduate degree in a technical discipline.

Willingness to travel domestically.

Education (Preferred):

• Bachelor's or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Master's or higher in Software Engineering.

Skills (Preferred):

• Accounting.
• Budgeting.
• Software Development.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft FrontPage.
