In this role, you will own the local financial analysis & reporting from new business to production to projects, including process improvements and regulatory assessment.

*This is a Hybrid opportunity (Tues, Wed, Thurs in office) open to any North American office location.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for process quality, deliverables, efficiencies, timing, and overall team management.
Ensure all reserves are booked and reported accurately and in a timely fashion.
Prepare and present source of earnings analysis to senior management.
Partner with modeling team to review the production of modeled reserves.
Lead major projects within department, for example interpretation and implementation of new regulation.
Opine on new business reserving methodologies.
Play a leader role for the NAIC and Capital team by proactively sharing new ideas, best practices, and expertise.
Manage a team of 5+ individuals.
Required Qualifications:
FSA designation.
7+ years of experience with increasing responsibilities.
Technical proficiency in Excel.
Understanding of US Statutory and US Tax valuation principles.
Advanced analytical and inquiry skills to understand the products and financial reporting process.
Detail oriented to ensure quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills in order to establish and maintain good working relationships with partners across the company.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and adaptability to fast-changing priorities.

HybridSalary range is expected to be between
$120,750.00 USD - $217,350.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
