We're Looking For
We're seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff & Strategic Operations leader to work out of our San Francisco office three days a week. This role combines traditional chief of staff duties with strategic operations, network architecture, and brand building.
Core Responsibilities
• Optimize Managing Partner effectiveness : Remove non-critical tasks, architect productive collaboration, and ensure her time creates maximum value for the firm and portfolio
• Systems thinking and gap identification : Quickly identify operational gaps and build scalable systems that turn our unique approach into repeatable competitive advantages
• Codify annual vision and firm gameplay : Translate high-level strategy into executable plans, measurable goals, and operational frameworks that drive consistent results
• Serve as front door to the firm : Represent Growth Warrior Capital externally with sophistication and strategic thinking, managing key relationships and first impressions
• Network architecture : Transform the Managing Partner's network into a proprietary, measurable asset - architect systems to expand and leverage relationships for maximum portfolio company value
• Strategic storytelling : Take compelling firm and portfolio stories and turn them into content, pitches, programming, and opportunities that enhance our brand and create value
• Execute critical initiatives : Own high-impact projects like our annual Exit Landscape research, founder events, and new program launches that require strategic thinking and flawless execution
What We're Looking For
• 5-7 years of experience in chief of staff, strategic operations, or similar roles - ideally with venture capital, private equity, or high-growth startup exposure
• Superbly organized with ability to take high-level needs and translate them into systematic, executable plans
• Systems thinker and builder who can quickly identify operational gaps and architect solutions that scale
• Exceptional storyteller who can create compelling content, presentations, and communications that elevate our brand
• Strong marketing sensibilities with ability to think about brand building, positioning, and audience development
• Trust, transparency, speed - you operate with integrity, communicate clearly, and move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Bonus experience : Finance, revenue operations, strategy consulting, executive recruiting, or other high-leverage operational roles
Day in the Life
You might be architecting our limited partner communication strategy, organizing our annual general meeting in a way that creates lasting relationships, developing content from our Exit Landscape research for industry publications, designing systems to connect our network of AI founders with strategic opportunities, or building frameworks that help our Managing Partner's relationships create measurable portfolio value.

This isn't just a support role - it's a strategic position that will help define how Growth Warrior Capital scales and creates value. You'll be building the operational foundation for a firm that's creating a new model for precision venture investing.
