Salary: $190,000 - $220,000

What We Are Looking For
We're seeking an experienced, results-driven senior leader with a proven track record in driving client growth and managing large portfolios. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have deep expertise in B2B marketing strategies. As a leader, you excel at coaching and mentoring teams, fostering growth, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. You are proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing both strategic and tactical aspects of client relationships and internal team dynamics.
What You Will Do
You will be a key leader driving growth and success for your portfolio, supporting TMP's strategic direction. Your focus will be on developing and executing actionable growth strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and optimizing internal collaboration.
Client Portfolio Growth & Strategic Leadership
- Lead a portfolio of high-value US-based global client accounts, driving organic growth and identifying new business opportunities, with revenue targets of $4M to $8M.
- Collaborate with your Client Success Lead to design and implement growth plans aligned with client objectives, ensuring both short- and long-term success.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring TMP's services meet evolving needs and deliver measurable growth.
Cross-Regional Collaboration & Internal Team Leadership
- Work closely with regional growth leads and teams to share insights, align strategies, and ensure consistent execution across global accounts.
- Take full ownership of high-level client relationships, managing expectations and aligning services with client goals.
- Coach and mentor internal teams, ensuring alignment with client needs, leading through challenges, and guiding delivery.
Service Development & Client Advocacy
- Lead the integration of new services or regional capabilities into client strategies, ensuring effective communication, adoption, and contribution to client success.
- Assess emerging client needs and proactively introduce new services to enhance satisfaction and growth.
- Act as a trusted partner, positioning TMP as an integral part of clients' long-term success.
Business Development & Strategic Insights
- Leverage your network and industry experience to drive new business, secure referrals, and expand TMP's client base.
- Support new pitches with your expertise and insights.
- Share strategic insights internally to enhance service offerings and align growth strategies.
Client Success & Delivery Management
- Manage the client delivery process, ensuring smooth execution and timely project completion aligned with expectations.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Champion client success by addressing challenges, solving problems, and recommending solutions to elevate results.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing global client portfolios, focusing on revenue growth and strong relationships, especially in the tech sector.
- Exceptional leadership skills to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
- A client-centric mindset with the ability to develop strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and adaptability to diverse client needs.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless project execution.
- A proactive, adaptable approach to challenges.
