About the Position:

Department of Defense Education Activity, Department of Defense Education Activity-Pacific-West District, Guam.

Federal employees in Guam are currently entitled to receive an 11.88% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary.

Qualifications:

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements below. Experience includes paid, unpaid, and volunteer work. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, transcripts are required.

General Experience:

One year of general experience involving clerical, office, or related work that demonstrates ability to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of an Educational Aid (Prekindergarten), such as preparing letters, schedules, and documents using a personal computer or assisting with instructional materials.

OR

Education:

Two years of education above high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial, or technical school, junior college, college, or university.

OR

Combination of Education and Experience:

A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify, provided the total percentage of requirements met is at least 100%. Calculate by dividing total months of experience by 12, semester hours by 60, then adding the two percentages.
