NetSuite Principal Consultant

Do you have NetSuite consulting experience, and are you seeking a new role with a growing North American Alliance Partner? If so, we'd love to hear from you! Vursor is looking for a skilled NetSuite Principal Consultant. This full-time role offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate project teams, implement plans, and conduct business process reviews.
2. Identify business requirements, manage requirements, and develop functional designs.
3. Create prototypes, design processes, conduct testing, and provide training.
4. Define support procedures, direct work streams, and support implementations.

In your first months, you can expect to:

• Provide NetSuite consulting expertise using industry best practices and a pragmatic approach to meet complex client requirements.
• Conduct business process mapping and gather requirements to determine configuration needs, both on-site and remotely.
• Implement and deploy solutions tailored to industry, business, and management processes, including regulatory compliance.
• Migrate legacy data to NetSuite.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues.

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of NetSuite consulting experience.
• Ability to participate in multiple engagements and interact with senior client personnel during implementations.
• Experience leading full-cycle NetSuite implementations.

Preferred Skills:

• 7+ full-cycle NetSuite implementations as the lead consultant.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants and enhancing their NetSuite skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex implementations and client expectations.

Compensation & Benefits:

If you’re committed to creating positive change, you will be rewarded with an excellent salary, bonus structure, and benefits. The listed compensation is OTE, including base salary and utilization bonus. Base salary ranges from $130k to $170k, depending on experience.
