What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop regional sales staff through recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Establish sales objectives and forecast annual sales quotas for various regions and territories
- Own and exceed annual sales targets while expanding the company's customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels and strategic accounts
- Collaborate with product management to enhance the product portfolio based on customer feedback and industry trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of a BA/BS degree; Master's preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in technical sales, with proven management skills
- Previous experience in the PV industry is a significant advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Proficient in using Salesforce.com and experienced in contract negotiations
