Senior Finance Systems Manager

Description

We are seeking a Sr. Finance Systems Manager to serve as a lead functional architect of our financial systems, focusing on Accounting Center, Financial Accounting, FDM, Customer Accounts, and Banking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-scale implementation, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration support, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Solution Architecture for Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Allocations, Close, and Budgets. Knowledge of Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, and Banking is a plus.
  2. Manage teams in identifying business requirements, functional and process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
  3. Design, configure, and customize the Workday Accounting Center platform to meet organizational needs.
  4. Analyze financial processes for improvements and optimizations.
  5. Communicate project updates and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
  6. Handle scope conversion, data transformation, and end-user validation activities.
  7. Participate in full-cycle Workday FINS implementation projects.
  8. Travel up to 20% as required.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday financials experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including Accounting Center, Customer Accounts, General Ledger, Banking, and Procurement.
  • Workday Financials certification preferred.
  • Attention to detail with a big-picture perspective.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as an implementation partner or WD consultant is a plus.
  • Practical accounting/finance experience is a plus.
  • Ability to support on-site collaboration and team leadership.

Compensation:

The base salary range is $161,700 - $205,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and location.
