Private Equity Senior Associate/VP

A leading investment firm is seeking a Private Equity Senior Associate / Vice President to join their Healthcare, Technology, Business Services team in Bethesda. MD . This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions, gain hands-on portfolio company experience, and collaborate closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth industry research, due diligence, and financial analysis on investment opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and present financial models to support investment decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations for the Investment Committee.
• Work directly with portfolio companies and management teams on value creation initiatives.
• Participate in firm meetings, contributing to discussions on deal execution and strategic planning.
