The posted compensation range of $43.22 - $62.67/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to determine therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Teach patients and family members about home safety, adaptive equipment, and strategies to manage daily activities effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress.
  • Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate and communicate patient's change in condition with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other home health team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Active registered OT license.
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification.
  • One-year Occupational Therapy experience.
  • Current Drivers License.
