Physician Assistant - Orthopedics
The Woodlands, TX | Full-Time | Mix of Clinic & Surgical OR Support

In this role, you'll provide both clinical and surgical support, caring for a diverse mix of orthopedic patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting orthopedic exams for new and established patients
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Performing in-clinic procedures and pre-operative assessments
- Educating patients on their diagnoses and surgical procedures
- Assisting the orthopedic surgeon in the OR (hospital and ambulatory surgery center)
- Participating in hospital rounds and post-operative care
- Shared weekend on-call phone coverage (rotated among the PA group - no overnight hospital stays)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Licensed (or eligible) in the State of Texas
- Strong interest in orthopedic medicine and surgical assistance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence, curiosity, and eagerness to grow in a high-performing team
