Position: Full time, evenings

Pay Range: $16.50 per hour plus any tips received

Approximate shift hours range between 3pm to 1am.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our shuttle driver team. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. The primary purpose of the Transportation Specialist is to provide guests with an excellent transportation experience, ensuring that guests are greeted and transported to and from requested destinations. The Transportation Specialist will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

  • Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations including, but not limited to, local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers, etc.
  • Assist guests with luggage
  • Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests
  • Resolve guest concerns (escalate as appropriate)
  • Ensure proper disinfecting/sanitizing/cleaning of shuttles, front drive, and lobby
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position

Qualifications:

Required Prior Experience: Prior customer service experience

Preferred Prior Experience: Hospitality industry experience

Preferred Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Licenses/Certification: Valid state drivers license and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations.

Physical: Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally, able to lift 10lbs regularly, able to stand and/or walk for duration of schedule shift

Other: Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
