Welder - 3rd Shift
As a welder at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing welding operations to assemble and fabricate metal structures and components according to specifications. You will work with various welding techniques and materials to ensure high-quality and precise welds. In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring that all welded components meet the required standards and specifications, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities:
- 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:00am Monday - Friday
- Perform welding operations on various metal components and structures according to specifications and blueprints
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

You must have:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in welding operations
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Experience with aluminum and stainless steel
- Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces
We value:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical college welding certification
- TIG and MIG experience welding both aluminum and stainless steel
- Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
