Roles and Responsibilities
- Answers phone calls. Schedule appointments, and answer patients' questions.
- Obtain prior authorizations for sleep studies. Informs referring providers of any missing documentation.
- Must be CPR certified.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Healthcare office experience
- CPR Certified
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a sleep lab
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist
- Experience obtaining authorizations
- Epic experience
