You will register job information, download data from AS400, and organize it using Excel for reporting purposes. You will format spreadsheets and apply formulas to ensure data consistency and usability. You will utilize company-specific software to manage and process information effectively. You will support accounts payable tasks by entering relevant data, as needed. You will collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and workflows are streamlined. You will identify and resolve discrepancies in data to uphold accuracy and integrity. You will perform routine quality checks on entered data to reduce errors. You will stay updated on system changes and adapt to new tools as required. You will maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements include proven experience in data entry or related administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to read and apply formulas, is required. Familiarity with AS400 systems is preferred. Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed are necessary. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. The ability to work onsite in Rochester, Michigan, is required. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members are important.
