About Us: Syntegra Services is a dynamic commercial services organization with a commitment to excellence. We are looking for two motivated and organized Office Administrators to join our small but mighty business.

Job Summary: The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intake of work orders from both field and customers
  • Handle incoming internal & customer correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Contract and Quote Creation
  • Maintain and update office and field records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and other documents.
  • Onboarding of employees, vendors, and new customers
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role within a commercial services environment
  • Bi-Lingual or Spanish Speaking Proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
