Founded in 1921, Straub Benioff Medical Center includes a 159-bed hospital in Honolulu, a network of neighborhood clinics and a visiting specialist program that reaches throughout the state of Hawai'i. With over 200 physicians who are leaders in their fields, Straub provides its patients with diagnoses and treatments for more than 32 different medical specialties, including bone and joint, heart, cancer, endocrinology/diabetes, family medicine, gastroenterology, geriatric medicine, internal medicine, vascular and urology. Straub is home to the Pacific Regions only multidisciplinary burn treatment center. The hospital consistently brings new technologies and innovative medical practices to Hawai'i, such as minimally invasive cardiac surgery and total joint replacement.
The Orthopedics Department is trained to handle the most common of injuries, from sprains, broken bones and sports injuries, to specialized conditions such as arthritis and congenital disorders. Our multi-disciplinary team includes fellowship-trained orthopedic physicians, rheumatologists, physical therapists, nurses and other health care providers that specialize in treating a wide range of injuries in children and adults.
The Data Entry Operator will provide administrative support for research protocols in the Bone and Joint Research Project under Orthopedics. You would operate a keyboard driven data entry device to record and verify data from source documents, converting data into a form suitable for computer processing. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented with an appreciation for data management and protocol and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawaii.

Minimum Qualifications: High School or equivalent. Six (6) months data entry experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Formal training in data entry.
