Location Name: St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport Location Address: 14700 Terminal Blvd. Clearwater, FL 33762 Position: Shuttle Driver Shift Times: Early Shift 4am - 2pm / Late Shift 2pm - 1am (Shifts times vary depending on flight schedule) Scheduled Shift Days: Monday through Sunday/ Full Time and Part Time (Scheduled Shift Days vary from week to week) Hourly Pay: $15.00 Hourly Plus Tips * This position requires us to follow DOT guidelines: DOT Physical and DOT Drug Test are Required

Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; provide assistance with loading and unloading luggage as required

Perform daily inspections on assigned equipment, report safety issues immediately to Operations Manager or Shift Lead

Transport passengers via a fixed route with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations for passengers

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe Shuttle at all times

Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead

Provide excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner, give directions to nearest highway, destination, etc.

Be aware of potential passengers and approach guests seeking assistance

Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates

Occasionally lift and carry customer luggage or personal items, up to 50 lbs

All other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

At least 18 years of age

Previous commercial driving experience, preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to verbally communicate with guests

Operate commercial vehicles requiring normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot

Enter and exit vehicle frequently throughout shift as well as sitting for extending periods of time
