Warehouse Leader Position At Goodwill
As a Warehouse Leader for Goodwill, you will lead our warehouse team by safeguarding and processing all donated goods within our distribution hub. Your impact will include safeguarding and efficiently processing all donated goods within a Donated Goods distribution hub, supervising, coordinating, scheduling, inspecting, and approving the work of hub warehouse associates, ensuring that all assigned associates are properly trained, establishing process control procedures that are adhered to and maintained, and making certain that all equipment is functioning properly and ensuring that all tools and equipment are repaired and are on a regularly scheduled maintenance plan.
Your qualifications include the ability to handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, with or without accommodations. You should have a high school graduate or GED, supervisory experience of 1 year, preferably in a warehouse environment, forklift experience preferred, and box truck experience required. A driving record in good standing is also required.
