Join a busy, well-supported anesthesia team in Waterloo, IA ! We're looking to add 1-2 full-time locum anesthesiologists starting late September/early October 2025 . Flexible schedules considered ideal candidates can commit full time or 2 weeks per month. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM 4:30 PM Weekends: Call only (1st, 2nd, 3rd call rotation; 1st call called in 75% of the time) Night call every 3 4 days (7 days/week) No clinic duties About the Role: Supervise and monitor anesthesia care before and during surgery OB anesthesia including TOLAC Pediatric cases mainly tonsils & adenoids Group: 6 physicians 2 CRNAs 13 OR rooms Daily volume: cases department-wide EMR: Epic Procedures: General anesthesia with OB and healthy pediatric patients; no hearts or neurosurgery Conscious sedation required Requirements: Bard Certified Active IA license or IMLC ACLS, COVID vaccine, and clean malpractice required Must be available at least 2 weeks/month Call coverage required ?
