On-going temporary assignment, part time (35 hours per week). Must be commutable to Philadelphia.

Job Description
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendors, mail, and facilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and building management
  • Oversee scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Support HR and finance with onboarding, payroll coordination, and expense tracking
  • Maintain office policies and procedures and suggest improvements as needed
  • Ensure office compliance with health, safety, and data privacy protocols
  • Plan and coordinate internal events, team-building activities, and company communications

The Successful Applicant
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office software/tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment preferred
