Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Insight Globals top data client is seeking an Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the electrical equipment at the data center. Responsibility includes making sure the designs are executed and providing feedback to the design team if there are any issues with their current project. They will interface with the general contraction (GC) company, electrical GC, vendors, and design teams.

Pay rate: $80-90/hr, dependent on experience

Skills and Requirements

10+ years experience as an electrician or 5+ years experience as an electrical engineer

Experience with installation and damage repair

Experience following and executing electrical designs

Hyperscale data center or mission critical (gas & oil, power plant, etc.) experience

Construction background PE certification

Engineering degree or equivalent experience null
