Main Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on fleet road equipment including diesel tractors, trailers, thermo-king units, converter dollies, and other maintenance vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with all State and Federal trucking regulations.
- Document and maintain current logs of repairs and parts used daily.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace, and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (e.g., tractors, trailers, reefers, etc.).
What You Bring:
Experience & Requirements:
- 5 years of verifiable experience as a heavy-duty commercial diesel mechanic or reefer mechanic; or 3 years with Diesel Mechanic Certification or TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certification.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must provide your own hand tools.
- Ability to comply with EPA and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to read and understand technical/service manuals.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Compensation ranges from $26 to $31.00 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime compensation available as applicable.
