A BMO Senior Premier Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and expanding a dedicated portfolio of mass affluent clients. In partnership with multiple branch locations and a team of financial advisors, you will discover new opportunities and provide an exceptional customer experience.   • The role requires the ability to proactively manage an assigned portfolio of mass affluent clients.
  • Actively engage with clients to assess their financial needs and offer impactful solutions while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Foster relationships within the community to enhance client experience and promote BMO's values.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to deepen client relationships, positioning yourself as their trusted financial advisor.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth by connecting with both existing and potential clients, enhancing portfolio value.
  • Analyze credit applications to maintain high standards of credit quality.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings to retain and develop relationships.
  • Participate in public engagements to expand your network and leverage professional connections.
  • Provide training to branch personnel to elevate their understanding of mass affluent client needs.
  • Educate clients on digital banking options to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve client issues and enhance product support.
  • Adhere to security protocols and uphold ethical standards to prevent financial loss.
  • Ensure client and bank information confidentiality and compliance with policies.
  • Monitor and address operational risks in line with documented procedures.
  • Support strategic initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver timely and efficient service to clients, ensuring an excellent banking experience.
  • Exercise judgment in problem-solving and client interactions.
  • Manage various complex tasks, adapting as needed based on changing circumstances.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience is preferred, along with a post-secondary degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years in financial services is ideal, with a focus on banking products, strategies, and profitability.
  • Required: SIE Exam, Series 6, Series 63, Life & Health licenses (if not possessed, to be obtained within six months of starting).
  • Strong knowledge of loans, deposit products, cash flow analysis, and applicable regulations.
  • Expertise in brokerage, insurance, business services, and client portfolio management will be essential.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, analytical, and decision-making skills.

U.S. Only: This position will act as an originator of consumer loans as defined by regulation. Candidates may be required to undergo a criminal background review and credit evaluation.

Salary: $63,300.00 - $117,200.00

Pay Type: Salaried

This represents BMO Financial Group's pay range. Actual salaries will vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may include performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.
