nThe Enterprise Special Services team is rapidly expanding and seeks a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to enhance the shipper experience for vendors and sellers utilizing Amazon Inbound Transportation. This role involves directly working with shippers to develop solutions and take proactive measures to improve shipper performance metrics. The position is integral to driving innovation within transportation and logistics by evaluating network shipper defects and implementing improvements through coaching and performance management.

Monitor, verify, and present data daily.

Address transportation disruptions and other barriers in real-time.

Identify root causes of transportation defects.

Maintain daily logs for assigned shippers.

Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.

Conduct Daily Business Review Stand-up calls.

Work Environment
nThe position is hybrid, with three days a week in-office transitioning to five days in-office starting summer of 2025. Training involves a two-week in-person program. The role offers an opportunity to work with top clients and provides substantial support and training for hard skills, emphasizing the importance of interpersonal and organizational abilities.

nPay and Benefits
nThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
