We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Marketing and Growth to lead the charge in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive our business objectives and accelerate growth. The ideal candidate will possess a visionary mindset with a proven background in scaling digital demand generation and product-led self-serve businesses.

This role requires a robust understanding of marketers' challenges and needs, along with the strategic capability to position our products effectively in a competitive landscape. As the VP, you will guide our marketing team in exploring new market opportunities, driving demand creation, and aligning marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.

A strong AI-first approach is crucial, as you will enhance marketing workflows through the implementation of advanced AI tools. Candidates should have at least 12 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 6 years in senior leadership positions.

We are looking for someone with a hands-on “doing” mindset, focused on actionable results, and a strong foundation in digital marketing, including demand creation, revenue marketing, and product marketing. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire stakeholders and cultivate an inclusive company culture.

Experience in leading product-led self-serve businesses, along with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, is vital to thrive in this role.
