As a trusted partner of Frontier Communications, you will serve as a key point of contact and telecommunications product expert for customers across the area. You will play a vital role in delivering personalized sales solutions, establishing lasting relationships, and ensuring that each customer finds the right solution for their lifestyle. 

 

The Entry Level Account Manager Will… 

  • Execute residential sales campaigns on behalf of Frontier Communications in an effort to drive sales, increase new customer acquisition, and promote their services and technology 
  • Engage directly with homeowners to present and recommend Frontier’s telecommunications services that meet real needs
  • Build trust through open, honest conversations that focus on solutions—not just sales
  • Execute effective sales and territory management strategies to generate a referral pipeline and increase customer acquisition 
  • Identify customer pain points and match them with tailored service options, focusing on Frontier’s quality products vs. pricing
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, conversations, and outcomes to stay organized and informed
  • Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets and personal growth goals as determined by Senior Management and Client objectives
  • Represent the company and Frontier Communications with professionalism, heart, and integrity in every interaction

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach is a plus—but your coachable attitude matters most
  • Familiarity with basic CRM tools or digital tracking systems (preferred, but not required)
