Role Overview:

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in expanding client relationships within assigned territories, providing scalable solutions for local and regional needs. This position emphasizes proactive client management, tailored services, and aims to enhance account retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while also forging new connections and understanding their needs.
  • Identify potential leads and generate new revenue by targeting accounts within the region.
  • Explore service expansion opportunities within established parent accounts.
  • Aim to win new projects and sites from existing clients.
  • Convert competitor clients to our superior offerings.
  • Boost sales of products and units beyond initial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assure equipment availability, timely delivery, and proper maintenance.
  • Develop account strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed regional revenue objectives.
  • Provide customized solutions that meet client requirements and encourage cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and support during project execution to resolve any issues.
  • Present tailored recommendations to clients illustrating product benefits and value-added services.
  • Leverage diverse company offerings to address client needs effectively.
  • Lead the sales process from first contact to contract finalization, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of all service offerings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during and after the sales cycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to better serve clients.
  • Optimize resource allocation for the best client outcomes.
  • Travel approximately 35% of the time to visit clients or potential sites.
  • Utilize reliable transportation for client visits.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 3 years in outside sales or related experience.
  • Skills: Knowledge of equipment rental agreements, strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Must be adept at relationship building and possess knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • This role involves minimal to moderate physical activity, including extended periods of sitting in a vehicle or at a desk, along with standing and walking while visiting sites.
  • Work will occur partly in a standard office setting and partly on-site, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and environments.
  • Ability to use hands for handling tasks, see close objects, and communicate effectively.
