$66.300 - $85.550 - $104.790 The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will depend on various factors including experience, skills, education, internal alignment, marketplace factors, and other requirements. What You Will Do

Administers outpatient neuropsychological assessments or inpatient assessments. Provides feedback to patients, families, and care teams. Assists with diagnosis, clinical recommendations, treatment planning, and behavioral plans. Participates in departmental operations, performance improvement, and Quality Improvement activities. Required Qualifications

Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from an APA-accredited program or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). 2 years of post-doctoral training in rehabilitation psychology and/or neuropsychology. 5 years of experience in clinical psychology and/or neuropsychological assessments. California Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) - REQUIRED AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals - REQUIRED Preferred Qualifications

APA accredited internship program. Experience in assessment and management of TBI, stroke, or neurological conditions. Essential Functions

Documentation of patient management, reports, and notes following guidelines. Perform assessments, provide feedback, develop behavior and treatment plans. Supervise students, contribute to professional education, and share clinical knowledge. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
