Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President, Operations
Beacon Health System is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the Vice President of Operations. This trusted partner role blends executive-level administrative duties with financial and operational responsibilities, ensuring the finance office runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the VP's calendar, meetings, and executive communications.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments; assist with accounts payable and month-end close.
- Reconcile daily receipts, bank accounts, and prepare financial reports.
- Coordinate special projects and prepare presentations, memos, and data reports.
- Track departmental performance metrics and assist with HR processes such as timecard verification and appraisal tracking.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; business/finance education preferred.
- 5+ years of executive administrative experience, ideally supporting finance or senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Meditech experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
