We are partnering with a manufacturing client in Manchester, NH, to hire an Extrusion Operator . This role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to produce products according to quality and safety standards. Hours: 7:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday

Set up and adjust extrusion lines according to run sheets and production specifications.
Operate and monitor equipment to ensure consistent production quality.
Pull materials according to production paperwork and load machinery.
Adjust machinery to maintain product count and quality to customer specifications.
Conduct line safety inspections and ensure equipment is operating properly.
Read and interpret work orders and customer prints to produce accurate parts.
Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
High school diploma or GED required; 18+ months of related work experience preferred.
~2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
~ Knowledge of machines, tools, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
~ Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
