Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join the Data Center Power & Control Division in Anaheim, CA. This role is responsible for managing the maintenance, construction, repair, and refurbishment operations of the facility, building, equipment, and property, ensuring efficient resource and cost allocation.

Plan, schedule, and complete projects for facility improvement per projections
Develop policies and procedures that ensure optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of objectives and execute projects with minimal disruption to operations.
Select and manage external vendor/contractor relationships.
Provide engineering expertise and guidance related to the facility, including layout optimization, equipment installation, and utility connections.
Manage and enhance current preventative maintenance programs and monitor repairs and upgrades or replacements.
Enhance spare parts for equipment based on preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
Provide support to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to budget.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks based on preventative maintenance data analysis.
Provide progress updates, status reports, and issue resolution to all project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing facility-related projects.
Collaborate with risk management, construction, and other corporate departments regarding equipment and facility maintenance and regulatory issues.
Coordinate and communicate with department managers regarding equipment needs and maintenance requirements.
Prepares quarterly and annual operating and capital expense budgets and conducts annual asset inventory count and audit
Supervise and develop maintenance and janitorial staff, ensuring high-quality work.
Effectively manage labor budget and other controllable costs.
Bachelors degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a facilities or maintenance-related role is required
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required
The ability to prioritize according to the short and long-term needs of the business is required.
The ability to work in a manufacturing environment and use personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and mandatory hearing protection, is required.
