5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead technician role.

The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance team responsible for ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and reliability of equipment used in solar cell manufacturing. This role involves supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coordinating equipment repairs, and driving continuous improvement in equipment reliability and safety.
Supervise daily activities of maintenance technicians, ensuring timely and effective maintenance of all production equipment.
Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot complex equipment issues related to automation, robotics, vacuum systems, furnaces, and wet benches.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to support process improvements and equipment upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and equipment service history using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations (e.g., Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, troubleshooting, and standard operating procedures.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to address equipment failures.
Assist with capital projects, including equipment installations, relocations, and commissioning.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance team and the broader organization. Encourage and lead initiatives for process improvements, enhanced equipment reliability, increased efficiency, and reduced downtime.
