Our client, a leading global company in the logistics and fulfillment industry, is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist work onsite Everett, WA.
In this role you will be responsible for processing materials to support our customer, the satellite production team. You will also interact with peer teams such as procurement, planning, quality, and EHS to ensure our processes result in positive outcomes for these teams. You should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying workloads and in various paths. Limited Shift Opportunities
Donut Night Shift (M,Tu,Th,F) 5pm-3:30am
Swing Day Shift (M-F) 10am-6:30pm
Contract Duration: 9 months, possible extension
Accurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts.
Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems to virtually transact material.
Document system issues, process flaws and inefficiencies.
Communicating with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems.
Efficiently move material between sites, both physically and virtually.
Identify training needs for the team and assist in the training of new-hires and junior peers.
Meet safety, productivity and quality standards by following best practices.
Operate equipment including: forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inventory specialist-inventory control related role
Prior assembly/production experience
Must be flexible and be team-oriented
Proficient in Excel
Experience with inventory management programs (SAP, Oracle or Salesforce preferred)
High school diploma or GED required
