As an Accounts Receivable Specialist your mission is to spearhead the timely collection of outstanding balances, all the while fostering positive and lasting relationships with their esteemed customers.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

Invoicing: Create and send invoices accurately and promptly

Payment Processing: Receive and record payments from customers

Account Reconciliation: Ensure payments are applied correctly and resolve discrepancies

Collections: Follow up with customers on overdue payments

Credit Management: Evaluate and monitor customer credit

Aging Analysis: Monitor and prioritize overdue accounts

Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing disputes

Cash Application: Apply cash receipts to accounts

Customer Communication: Provide updates and address inquiries

Reporting: Prepare reports on accounts receivable metrics

Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline operations

Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations

Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field

Proficiency in financial software and the MS Office Suite

Analytical prowess with an impeccable eye for detail

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Ability to effectively multi-task
