In our Talent Acquisition organization, your impact will be significant. You will support BIG BET 2: Connecting People to Experts (CP2E) , one of Intuits 5 Big Bets. The goal is to become the AI-driven Expert platform of choice.
The Senior Professional Recruiter will support the hyper-growth of our TurboTax Live Expert Network. Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Service Delivery leaders, the recruiter will design strategies to source, attract, manage, and hire a large, diverse Tax Expert community. You will create the vision, set the strategy, and lead how we attract and build relationships with domain experts eager to help others. You will leverage your high-volume recruiting expertise to grow our external network of tax professionals while creating internal mobility pathways to support and champion Intuits growth mindset.
Please note that Intuit operates on a hybrid model with 3 days in the office.
Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
- Bay Area, California: $122,500 - $166,000
- Southern California: $120,000 - $162,500
This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. We are committed to pay equity and regularly compare compensation across ethnicity and gender categories.
What you'll bring
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, especially in high-volume or class-based roles, with experience in scaling recruitment programs
- Experience partnering and consulting at all leadership levels
- Ability to collaborate with Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across various openings
- Experience developing scalable hiring solutions at an enterprise level
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills to provide the right solutions at the right time
- Track record of developing inclusive candidate pipelines
- Growth mindset and adaptability to changing dynamics
- Experience guiding and educating hiring managers on best practices
How you will lead
- Serve as an advisor to understand business strategies and talent needs
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, coaching them on effective recruitment strategies
- Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns and projects to position Intuit as the employer of choice for tax professionals in North America
- Lead the offer process, negotiate, and close candidates
- Create exceptional candidate and hiring team experiences
- Contribute to operational excellence through strategic projects
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate across the talent acquisition team and mentor others
