- As a Digital Content Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the editorial strategy for digital customer engagement programs. You will be responsible for managing content development, maintaining creative vision, and ensuring the delivery of personalized, data-driven digital experiences. This role requires a blend of editorial expertise, marketing automation knowledge, and analytical skills to drive meaningful customer interactions and business outcomes.
- Content Strategy & Development
- Manage the creation and curation of editorial content for assigned digital programs.
- Ensure content aligns with clients brand voice, messaging, and creative vision.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Customer Journey Design
- Define and implement audience segmentation strategies for automated digital journeys.
- Deliver the right content, at the right time, to the right person, through the right channel.
- Leverage innovative automation tools and personalization techniques to enhance engagement.
- Data-Driven Optimization
- Use analytics to monitor, measure, and optimize the performance of digital content and campaigns.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve customer experience and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product teams, subject matter experts, and marketing functions to align content with business goals.
- Work closely with operations and IT to integrate data and automation into campaign workflows.
- Market Awareness
- Stay informed on industry trends, analyst perspectives, and emerging technologies.
- Apply market insights to continuously evolve content strategies and maintain competitive differentiation.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in digital content strategy, marketing automation, or customer journey design.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to drive decisions.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a client facing role required
- B2B experience, specifically within high tech preferred
