The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.     The OneGL program is focused on the delivery of a global finance enterprise solution. The team is looking for an experienced analyst with strong financial knowledge and analysis skills. The program includes the roll out of various SAP finance and treasury modules (i.e., GL, FA, AP, Cash Management, Treasury, Financial Product Subledger, Profitability and Performance Management, Reporting, Reinsurance). This role will primarily support the Delivery Lead who oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned business unit implementation within GRS.

    You will get exposure to all finance workstreams across the program, learning how financial transactions flow through various modules while also growing your project management skills. Among other responsibilities, the individual will support the preparation of slides for Senior Leadership, help with coordination and communication across workstreams and ensure teams are operating in alignment with our agile principles and norms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform various financial analysis and research task to support OneGL SAP S4 Hana finance system transformation.
    • Gain an in-depth understanding of how insurance contract and transactional data flows through financial systems.
    • Responsible for maintaining updated versions of various program governance slides which will be shared with Senior Leadership.
    • Support workstreams who require additional capacity during various phases.
    • Support and helps to organize workshops, sprint planning and execution of milestones related to the delivery of the project scope within the larger OneGL program.
    • Ensuring alignment on dependencies with other workstream within the program.
    • Develop and apply learning of Agile framework to support project-related cadences. (i.e. leverage JIRA, collaborate in scrum teams, execute in sprint cycles, perform retrospectives to refine process).
    • Actively engages in project meetings and help prepare regular reports to communicate the status of projects to stakeholders within and beyond the project team in a concise manner.
    • Supports any escalation requirements and will work to resolve issues that serve as roadblocks and/or place project objectives at risk. Helps identify and provides visibility into trade-offs between options, while identifying recommended approach.
    • Support the various production readiness tasks such as testing, training, communication and data migration efforts.
    • Support alignment with relevant OneGL global design considerations and best practices.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor`s degree (Finance or Management) required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of finance or financial system experience.
    • Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results.
    • Communicates well with teammates and across organizational boundaries to ensure the successful completion of shared goals.
    • Comfortable leading some meetings and communicating issues and trends to management and other groups at the appropriate level of detail.
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI preferred.
    • Exposure to Finance and Accounting systems, GL processing and month end financial close cycles.
