Implement and measure talent strategies and programs related to talent identification, attraction, acquisition, selection, onboarding, and retention across assigned departments, entities, service lines, and regions. Ensure compliance with regulations and achieve strategic workforce planning (SWP), quality of hire, and retention goals. Build relationships with leadership to meet current and future talent needs.

Job Duties include:

  1. Managing relationships with clients and HR partners to develop strategic workforce plans aligned with business strategies, anticipating labor and skill shortages, including contingency staffing.
  2. Educating teams on analytics, data, and metrics to analyze workforce trends, perform gap analysis, and develop action plans.
  3. Promoting diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency through partnerships within HR teams.
  4. Ensuring fair recruitment and employment practices, understanding placement rate goals, and addressing barriers to diversity.
  5. Partnering with leadership to identify organizational needs and develop career pathways with educational and training institutions.
  6. Creating and measuring talent strategies to develop capabilities and career progression options.
  7. Building talent pipelines through partnerships with universities and community groups, including internship and fellowship programs.
  8. Measuring ROI on sourcing and attraction strategies.
  9. Leveraging relationships with internal and external partners to implement measurable talent attraction strategies.
  10. Serving as an expert in relationship management and coaching direct reports on talent strategies.
  11. Creating partnerships with educational and community organizations to build talent pipelines for hard-to-recruit positions.
  12. Collaborating on talent selection, including job posting, screening, assessments, and behavioral interviews.
  13. Partnering with compensation teams to develop attractive offers.
  14. Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws affecting hiring and background checks.
  15. Creating standardized onboarding and credentialing processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  16. Developing programs to retain and engage talent, especially in hard-to-fill roles, utilizing data to improve retention and performance.
  17. Monitoring and improving the employee experience through surveys and data analysis.

Position Details:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in related work
