Responsibilities

As a Quantitative Analyst, you will solve business problems through data analysis. Combining business insight with extensive data analysis, you'll draw insights, identify trends, and visualize data to impact our business positively. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to apply your analytical skills across the organization. Primary responsibilities include:

1. Creating operating efficiencies: Identify opportunities to improve processes using data.
2. Visualizing data: Use graphs and visualizations to illustrate events and trends.
3. Quantitative analysis: Structure challenging datasets to provide clear conclusions.
4. Predictive modeling: Leverage machine learning to uncover hidden insights.
5. Automation through code: Automate repetitive tasks to optimize productivity.
6. Collaborating with other teams: Engage with departments on cross-functional projects.
7. Presenting findings: Communicate analysis results to leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Skills/Experience

• Familiarity with R, Python, and/or SQL
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Comfort working with large datasets

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• Preferably with programming experience

Travel Requirements

• Low-level domestic U.S. travel (approximately 5% - 10%) required
