About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP Senior Wealth Advisor, Team Lead to manage a book of business and oversee the direct sales and client retention efforts of a team of Wealth Advisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively leading tactical sales activities, collaborating with practice leaders to drive business outcomes, and being outcomes and execution/activity driven for the Wealth Advisors in the region. This role involves pipeline management, running sales meetings, and client events, as well as holding the team accountable and providing training and development. The Team Lead will also be involved in coaching and coordinated brand expansion efforts to achieve the desired results for the business.
Applicants for the SVP Senior Wealth Advisor, Team Lead position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, with an MBA preferred. A Series 65 license is required, and a CFP or other related certification is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, particularly in the high-net-worth marketplace, and must possess outstanding communication, client service, and presentation skills. Comprehensive industry and product knowledge, as well as the ability to advise sophisticated investors in high-net-worth services, are essential. The role requires the ability to work well in a team environment and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM and client account database applications.
