Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour LPN Lead to support this office on-site. Our practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The LPN Lead is responsible for providing direct patient care and supervising a team of LPNs and nursing support staff by coordinating patient care activities, overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of LPNs and nursing support staff.
  • Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare providers in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
  • Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation of medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including assessments, care plans, progress notes, and medication administration records.
Qualifications

Education Trade/Technical/Vocational Diploma Licensed Practical Nurse required Licenses and Credentials Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN - State License) required

Basic Life Support (BLS Certification) preferred Experience Nursing Experience 2-3 years required
