Job Description
A Marketing Associate is a key team member who supports the development and execution of marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive business growth. This role involves assisting in campaign creation, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with creative and sales teams to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support strategic planning
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Monitor marketing performance metrics and compile regular reports
Help manage social media accounts, email campaigns, and website content updates
Support event planning and product launches
Assist in budget tracking and administrative tasks related to marketing operations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
12 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Organizational and time management skills
