Part Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

More Smiles Dental Spa is now hiring a Part Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the Greater Mandeville Area.

Hygienist Schedule:

  1. Tuesday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
  2. Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  3. Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Responsibilities
  • Screening patients during check-ups
  • Reviewing patient's history
  • Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
  • Must be confident in periodontal disease education and treatment
  • Documents area of existing restorations
  • Use of X-ray
  • Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
  • Conduct screenings
  • Assist patients with oral hygiene education
  • Must be open to learning new dental concepts
Qualifications
  • Active Louisiana Hygienist license
  • Current BLS/CPR certifications
  • Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
  • Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience (preferred)
  • Must be open, positive and flexible
  • Goal oriented
