Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Marketing and Promotion Specialist, youll engage with customers in various retail sites across the DMV, helping in product launches, addressing their needs, and guiding them toward the right product or service provided by our clients all through face-to-face. Customer satisfaction, conversions, and lead generation will measure your success.
Our office is currently based in Frederick, MD and support client campaigns in Hagerstown as well as several other locations! This is a fully On-Site position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in promoting our clients' products and services.
- Create high ROIs for clients through assisting in their retail product launches by generating leads.
- Interact with consumers and provide quality customer service.
- Establish customer relationships, generating leads, and follow up with clients to ensure accurate feedback all within retail campaigns.
- Effectively manage multiple responsibilities, including executing marketing and various retail campaigns, creating outreach initiatives, and collaborating with team members.
