Position: 1:1 Transport Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Great Barrington, MA Start Date: August 2025 Duration: Through September 2026 (Full School Year + Extended School Year) Pay Rate: Up to $70/hour

Monday Friday
- Morning: 8:00 AM 9:30 AM
- Afternoon: 1:30 PM 3:00 PM
Job Description
Seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN to accompany a student with a seizure disorder during daily transportation. The nurse will monitor for safety and seizure activity and follow the student's individualized seizure action plan.
Morning Duties:
- Meet the bus at school
- Ride to pick up the student in Pittsfield
- Return to school with the student
Afternoon Duties:
- Meet the bus at school
- Ride to pick up the student in Pittsfield
- Accompany the student home
- Return to school
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with students with seizure disorders
- Familiarity with school-based or transport nursing
Required Credentials
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Seizure management experience
- School CORI and fingerprinting clearance
