Job Title: Senior Tax Associate

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting
  • Masters in Taxation or Master of Accountancy with a tax focus
  • CPA or partial CPA exam completion
  • Experience with tax software (preferably CCH Axcess) and willingness to learn new software
  • 2-5 years of experience in preparing complex individual, partnership, corporate, and S-Corp tax returns, including tax research
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
  • Serving clients with complex tax needs
  • Preparing various tax returns (individual, partnership, fiduciary, tax-exempt)
  • Developing income tax projections with complex analysis
  • Interacting with clients to gather necessary information
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff members
