Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking an associate with 0-3 years of experience to join the Public Finance team in our Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, or Missoula office. This attorney will have opportunities to represent issuers, borrowers, lenders and underwriters on a dynamic range of public finance transactions and to learn and advise clients on state and federal governmental and tax law issues.
The Following Qualifications Are Required

• A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Minnesota, Utah and/or Montana bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Minnesota, Utah and/or Montana
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and writing skills
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to lead
• Sound organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated commitment to success
